Superbowl XVIII – Baltimore is Still Going to Party

Baltimore is still gonna party. Even though our Ravens are not at the Superbowl, we’re still gonna party. And most of us are going to cheer against the Steelers, if not for the Arizona Cardinals. Here’s a list of some of the best parties in town.

Baltimore in Forbes Top Ten Cities for Growth

Forbes has ranked Baltimore in the top ten cities for job growth. Projects like the Takoma Overlook are the true herald of recovery in this economy. This renovation by Tenacity Group of an existing 1960s landmark building inside the Beltway in Montgomery County ties in very well to the strengths mentioned in the Forbes report. Takoma Park is very close to Washington DC, and the Baltimore condo residences are spacious and affordably priced from $100,000 to $300,000.
