CondoDomain Brand New Baltimore MLS Search LIVE (In Beta)

Via a long week ending into a very late Friday night, we officially pushed live our brand new RETS/MLS feed for the Washington DC/NOVA/MD area. A brand new installation of the MRIS database now allows our visitors to search the entire MRIS database of all listings for sale in the DC/MD/VA area. We are still in beta and although we have pushed it live “bug free” we can not promise a perfect site just yet, but certainly by early next week. This has been a 6 month development project for us as we upgraded all of our servers and MLS feeds in Boston, Chicago, NYC and now here in DC & Baltimore. So, what is the largest real estate commission rebate that has been given back to a buyer and or seller of a real estate transaction? Does anyone out there know? I put the word out last week via Facebook and on my Twitter but haven’t got any good feedback. The reason why I bring it up is because our powerhouse Boston agent, Thomas Cincotti is closing no a $2M condo this week. The Commission – $50,000!!! The Rebate – $43,000!!! (remember this is NON-TAXABLE TOO!!!) This will be by far our largest rebate back to one of our buyers to date! We are excited to enter the next level in serving the luxury condominium dweller! (Believe me, we would even more excited if we got to keep the commission … but, its not our business model to do that.) Tommy – great job, keep up the good work.
