According to a first quarter survey by the research firm Delta associates, the supply of unsold condo units in the Greater Washington DC area is shrinking. At the current pace, there is now 6.4 years worth of overal inventory, down from eight years worth earlier this year. Maryland seems to be improving at a faster pace than Virginia, and condo sales have experienced less of a price decline than single family homes. Maryland’s statistics are boosted by demand in Prince George’s county for the National Harbor complex.

In the Baltimore area, the City Centre section is home to many of the city’s high rise offices, cultural attractions, fine restaurants, and great living. There is no better time to buy a City Center condo like the present, whether you are downsizing, or an urban professional wanting to take your place at a distinctive address. Take a look at these City Centre condos.
