Elkridge Crossing Sucks purchase here if you want to live in the ghetto with a bunch of people that have no respect for themselves or property. Total disappointment in the whole community and the association is a group of idiots, get real and take homeownership seriously. Do not buy anything at Elkridge Crossing.

I visisted Shipleys Grant and thought it was very nice- I will be buying a house within the next 2 -3 months. And I would like to live in that area or maybe in the city of Baltimore. My price range is around $525,000. I like the Peale model and the Peale townhouse that was offered at $569,000- If the price is negotiable to somewhere close to my affordable situation I would seriously consider this property to be a greatplace to live.
