Named one of Money Magazine’s “top places to live” in 2007, Elkridge MD is located in Howard County, one of the most desirable locales in Maryland. It remains affordable, convenient to DC and Baltimore, and increasingly upscale. Elkridge Crossing is a group of new homes, townhome condominiums with garages and luxury elevator condominiums.

More than a Baltimore Condominium development, Elkridge Crossing is a mixed use planned community. Pedestrian friendly, your home is near schools, the library, dining, and shopping. Easy access to BWI and convenient to both Baltimore and Washington DC, this community is popular among successful people who desire a convenient lifestyle.

You have many custom options to choose from, including hardwood or ceramic flooring, crown and chair rail moulding, and the master bath has a soaking tub and separate shower. GE appliances and oak cabinets in the kitchen, 9 foot and/or cathedral ceilings, and Trex decks are standard in these elegant Baltimore condominium townhomes.

Contact me to tour these wonderful Baltimore condominiums now.  And remember, when you buy with CondoDomain in Baltimore you save thousands via our commission refund business model. On average our clients get back more than $10,000 cash back at closing! (Learn More)

Elkridge Crossing Sucks purchase here if you want to live in the ghetto with a bunch of people that have no respect for themselves or property. Total disappointment in the whole community and the association is a group of idiots, get real and take homeownership seriously. Do not buy anything at Elkridge Crossing.

While I do agree that Elkridge Crossing SUCKS; your claim that it’s “ghetto” is completely false. There’s nothing ghetto about the community; however, the homes are poorly built and the sound attenuation is horrendous. The builders should be embarrassed.
