And I would like to live in that area or maybe in the city of Baltimore. My price range is around $525,000. I like the Peale model and the Peale townhouse that was offered at $569,000- If the price is negotiable to somewhere close to my affordable situation I would seriously consider this property to be a greatplace to live.
